Ingredients:
For the Vanilla Custard:

2 cups whole milk

4 large eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt
For the Tartlets:

Mini tart shells (ready to use)
For the Fresh Fruit Topping:

2 cups mixed fresh summer fruits (berries, peaches, nectarines, cherries, or any of your favorite fruits)
Instructions:
Prepare Custard:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a saucepan, gently heat the milk until steaming but not boiling.

In a bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
